A refreshing cocktail flavoured with coconut milk and pineapple. Just three ingredients makes the best tropical cocktail – and you can easily make this without rum to make it a virgin piña colada. This piña colada recipe is so easy. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Add some crushed ice and then blend until it’s well combined and slushy. Enjoy a weekend long colada.

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Coconut milk thick
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 ounce Bacardi white rum per portion
  • As required Pistachio for garnish
  • As required Ice cubes

Directions: Pina Colada (alcoholic) Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a blender add 1 cup thick coconut milk, ½ cup pineapple chunks, 2 tbsp sugar, ice cubes as desired. Blend together till smooth. Add white rum as required and continue to blend.

  • STEP 1.Pour into tall glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios. Pina colada is ready.
