1/5 cup Whole-wheat flour
1/5 cup vanilla custard powder
1/5 cup Milkmaid
1/5 tsp Baking powder
1/5 tsp baking soda
1/10 cup Whole Milk
1/5 cup Unslated butter
0.15 cup Powdered sugar
0-1/5 nos for glaze - strawberries
1/20 cup Icing sugar
Directions: Picnic Custard Loaf Topped With Strawberry Glaze Recipe
STEP 1.First in a bowl take butter (at room temperature) and add powdered sugar into this . Beat it well until it becomes fluffy . now add all dry ingredients, wholewheat flour , custard powder, baking soda , baking powder .
Now add milk maid and milk . Mix all ingredients well and mix gently.
STEP 2.cake batter is ready .
STEP 3.Now take loaf tin and grese it well . pour cake batter into tin .
STEP 4.Now preheat the oven and put cake tin into oven and bake it at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes . loaf cake is ready . let it cool down .
STEP 5.Now for glaze - in a grinder take strawberries, grind it well and make puree with it .
STEP 6.Pour this puree into a bowl and add icing sugar and lemon juice and mix well . strawberry glaze is ready .
STEP 7.pour this glaze on prepared loaf cake .
STEP 8.picnic custurd loaf topped with strawberries galze is ready . enjoy your picnic .
