  • 0.17 pound Ground Beef
  • 0.17 tablespoon Light flavored olive oil
  • 0.08 cup Large onion diced finely, about 1 0. 75
  • 0.17 cup Large green bell peppers chopped small, about 2
  • 1/4 Large cloves of garlic minced
  • 0.08 ounce 14 15 can fire roasted diced tomatoes, fresh tomatoes can be used as well when in season
  • 0.08 teaspoon Oregano
  • 0.08 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/50 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/100 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1/25 cup Green olives chopped small, i had a hard time finding them unstuffed, so i finally just bought the ones stuffed with pimentos and they worked great
  • 0.03 cup Raisins
  • As required Kosher salt
