  • 120 gram Pumpkin
  • 80 gram Brinjal
  • 60 gram Sheem
  • 20 gram Tomato
  • 60 gram Potato
  • 3 piece Green chillies
  • 6 gram Coriander leaves
  • 25 gram Mustard seeds
  • 1 piece Dried red chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kaalo jeere
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 6 piece Bori
  • 35 gram Mustard oil
  • 10 gram Salt
  • 15 gram Sugar

  • STEP 1.Soak the mustard seeds

  • STEP 2.Make a paste of mustard seeds, chopped green chilies,and 60g water

  • STEP 3.Steam the stem of the cauliflower

  • STEP 4.Heat the pan with mustard oil

  • STEP 5.Fry the dried red chilies and nigella seeds

  • STEP 6.Add the potatoes and fry until golden

  • STEP 7.Add pumpkin, beans and brinjal, fry for 2 mins

  • STEP 8.Add turmeric powder and salt

  • STEP 9.Add sugar and fry on medium heat

  • STEP 10.Add the stem and the mustard paste , mix well

  • STEP 11.Add fried bori and mix well

  • STEP 12.Add the chopped coriander leaves

  • STEP 13.Serve as side dish with rice
