STEP 1.Wash and soak sabudana in water for 6 hours.
STEP 2.Grind phudina , grated coconut, chopped green chillies, ginger, lemon juice salt and sugar to smooth paste.
STEP 3.In cooking pan add heat oil. Add cummin seeds as they crackle add soaked sabudana,boiled potato pieces, peanut coarse powder, phudina paste, salt . Mix well.
STEP 4.Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes in between stirring occasionally.
STEP 5.Serve Relish Delicious Phudina Sabudana Khichdi garnishing with coriander leaves and pomegranate kernels.
