STEP 1.In mixer jar add phudina leaves, corainder leaves chopped green chillies ginger,salt and lemon juice. Grind to smooth paste.
STEP 2.Transfer prepared phudina paste in mixing bowl. Add rice flour, cummin seeds,salt,oil mix well. Add little little lukewarm water and bind into semi stiff dough. Knead dough for 2 minutes.
STEP 3.Small 25-30 round flattened balls from prepared dough.
STEP 4.Roll out into 2" diameter round puris. Deep fry in hot oil .
STEP 5.Serve / Relish Delicious Hot Phudina Puris with sweet and sour mango pickle ( chundo).
