#green Popular Indian street food / fast food Golgappe / Panipuri.... ka paani ( served with panipuri platter) is usually made from phudina ( mint leaves), corainder leaves and imli ( tamarind) or lemon juice . Here I used raw mango instead of imli ( tamarind) along with phudina, corainder leaves to make panipuri ka paani..which made it more tangy & tastier !!

Ingredients for Phudina Kairi Ka Paani Recipe

  • 0.17 cup phudina / mint leaves
  • 0.08 cup Corainder leaves
  • 0.67 pieces spicy green chillies
  • 0.17 inch Ginger piece
  • 0.67 Pieces raw mango piece
  • 0.17 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • to taste Rock salt to taste
  • 0.33 litre water
  • as required Salted boondi

Directions: Phudina Kairi Ka Paani Recipe

  • STEP 1.In mixer grinder jar add phudina leaves, chopped corainder leaves, green chillies, ginger, peel and chopped raw mango pieces, lemon juice , salt and rock salt. Grind to smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Transfer prepared phudina paste in big vessel .Add 2 litres of water and mix well .
  • STEP 3.Strain prepared phudina kairi ka paani in another vessel. Chill in refrigerator atleast for 2-3 hours before serving.
  • STEP 4.Relish / Serve Delicious Phudina Kairi Ka Paani garnishing with salted boondi along with Panipuri platter.
