Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and peppers. Cook until softened and slightly caramelized, about 8 minutes.
