Ingredients for Peruvian Style Stuffed Potatoes Recipe
2 pound Potatoes

3/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Divided
1 Onion, Diced
2 Garlic cloves, finely diced
1 tablespoon Peruvian aji panca pepper paste
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 pound Ground Beef
2 Boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Black olives, diced
2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
