  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together grated paneer, grated cheese, peri peri sauce, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Take a slice of bread and trim the edges. Flatten the bread using a rolling pin.
