  • STEP 5.Fill each toasted roll with a generous amount of the lobster mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

  • For the best flavor, use fresh lobster meat. If fresh lobster is not available, you can use frozen lobster meat.
  • To make the rolls extra decadent, brush the inside of the toasted rolls with melted butter before filling them with the lobster mixture.
  • Serve the lobster rolls with a side of coleslaw and a pickle for a complete New England meal.

Storage and Serving

  • Lobster rolls are best served fresh, but you can store any leftover lobster mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • To serve leftover lobster rolls, lightly toast the rolls again before filling them with the chilled lobster mixture.
  • Garnish the lobster rolls with a sprinkle of fresh herbs, such as chives or dill, for an extra pop of flavor.
