A luscious dish prepared from kpomo,peppers and seasoning ingredients .Peppered Ponmo recipe is a Nigerian delicacy prepared by frying onions and pepper together with cooked, often rolled Cow skin.
STEP 1. In a pot add pnomo, chopped onions,1 tsp salt and a maggi cube.

STEP 1. Then add water ,cover and cook it for 20 mins.

STEP 1. Now take the pnomo out and cut it into pieces.

STEP 1.4. In a pan add oil & heat it.

STEP 1.Add in chopped onions and saute it.

STEP 1. Now pour in the blend mixture followed by seasoning cubes, salt and a tsp of garlic powder

STEP 1. Add in ginger powder, curry powder and stir it.

STEP 1.Cover for 10 mins with the lid on.

STEP 2.9. Then add pnomo and cook it for 5 mins at low flame

STEP 1. Lastly add spinach leaves and cook it for 2 mins at low flame.
