Ingredients for Peppered Kpomo Recipe

  • 7 piece Nos medium Kpomo
  • 1 Nos Tomato
  • 2 Nos Bell Peppers
  • 3 Nos Habanero Peppers
  • 2 Nos Onions
  • As required Handful Spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder
  • 3 Nos Maggi Cubes
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1.50 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Water

Directions: Peppered Kpomo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Blend tomato,onion and bell peppers.

step 2

  • STEP 1. In a pot add pnomo, chopped onions,1 tsp salt and a maggi cube.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Then add water ,cover and cook it for 20 mins.

step 4

  • STEP 1. Now take the pnomo out and cut it into pieces.

step 5

  • STEP 1.4. In a pan add oil & heat it.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add in chopped onions and saute it.

step 7

  • STEP 1. Now pour in the blend mixture followed by seasoning cubes, salt and a tsp of garlic powder

step 8

  • STEP 1. Add in ginger powder, curry powder and stir it.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Cover for 10 mins with the lid on.

step 10

  • STEP 2.9. Then add pnomo and cook it for 5 mins at low flame

step 11

  • STEP 1. Lastly add spinach leaves and cook it for 2 mins at low flame.
