STEP 1.Clean and wash the beef and cut into pieces . Take a pan & add beef pieces followed by maggi cubes, salt and seasoning powder.

STEP 1. Add in garlic powder, thyme ,ginger powder, black pepper ,chopped onions and mix along. Cover and cook for 15 mins.

STEP 1.After 15 mins, stir it and take it down from the flame. In another pan add enough oil & heat it.

STEP 1. Now add the cooked beef and fry it until brown. Then in a pan add blend mixture ,cover and cook it until it dries up.

STEP 1. Once its dried add vegetable oil, salt, stir it and cook it for 5 mins. Now add fried beefs and mix it thoroughly.

STEP 1.10. Turn of the flame and let it cool down. ake a skewer and arrange the veggies and cooked beef alternatively & serve.
