Ingredients for Pepper Steak and Rice Recipe

  • 1/4 pound Thinly sliced flank steak
  • 1/2 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
  • 0.08 cup Water
  • 0.06 cup Soy free soy sauce or if no soy allergy, just use regular
  • 1/4 tablespoon Corn starch
  • 0.06 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 Bell peppers thinly sliced, i used red, yellow, and orange because those are our favorites
  • 0.13 inch 2 scallions sliced about 1 inches
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh minced ginger root go for the real stuff here, don't use the ground stuff
  • 1/4 tablespoon Heaping minced garlic
  • As required Rice for serving
