A dish prepared from flat rice,vermicelli,shrimps and a variety of other ingredients.Char Hor Fun is traditionally Chinese, but there are many variations to this ubiquitous dish.
STEP 1.Soak the vermicelli in warm water for 15 mins

STEP 2.Break the flat rice noodles off by peeling the layers

STEP 3.1.add ½ tbsp oil in a pan

STEP 4.2.toss the vermicelli and stir it

STEP 5.3.add soy sauce,kecap manis and stir it continuously until lightly burned

STEP 6.4.repeat the same process for the flat rice noodles

STEP 7.5.add some oil in a pan & fry the chopped garlic
step 9
STEP 8.6.then add pork,shrimp,bay scallops,fish cake and stir
step 10
STEP 9.7.add chicken,water,all the seasoning and bring it to boil.

STEP 10.8.now add the starch mixture to thick the gravy.
step 12
STEP 11.9.add the mustard green, quickly stir it and turn off the flame.
step 13
STEP 12.10.now take a plate and put vermicelli and flat rice noodles equal portion
step 14
STEP 13.11.now pour the gravy and toppings on top of the noodles and vermicelli.
