Ingredients for Peasy Pulav Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Basmati rice soked for 3-4 hours.
  • 1 Cups bowls of water
  • 1.50 g 3. 2 tb sp pure g
  • 2.25 tsp 4. 1/2 tsp
  • 2 Pieces three or four black peppercorns
  • 2 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/2 Pieces Cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1 g reen Cardamom
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 g reen Chilli
  • 3.50 As Required Salt
  • To Taste Red chilli powder
  • To Taste coriander seeds powder and boryani masala
  • 4 g 8. 1/2 bowl each of g
  • 1/2 Cups Corn

Directions: Peasy Pulav Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash and rinse rice thoroughly and soak for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add all whole masale mentioned at s. No. 5 in ingredients. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • STEP 3.3. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown colour. Now add grated tomatoes and saute for 30 seconds.
  • STEP 4.4. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder and biryani masala and mix well.
  • STEP 5.5. Add green matar, corn, paneer and saute for 1 minute.
  • STEP 6.6. Add rice and saute for 1 minute. Add water and place the lid and cook till 2 whistles. Switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.
  • STEP 7.7. Open the lid and serve hot with salad and pickle.
  • STEP 8.It is a one pot instant meal. Cook time is 20 minutes
