STEP 1.1. Wash and rinse rice thoroughly and soak for 15 minutes.
STEP 2.2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add all whole masale mentioned at s. No. 5 in ingredients. Saute for 30 seconds.
STEP 3.3. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown colour. Now add grated tomatoes and saute for 30 seconds.
STEP 4.4. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder and biryani masala and mix well.
STEP 5.5. Add green matar, corn, paneer and saute for 1 minute.
STEP 6.6. Add rice and saute for 1 minute. Add water and place the lid and cook till 2 whistles. Switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.
STEP 7.7. Open the lid and serve hot with salad and pickle.
STEP 8.It is a one pot instant meal. Cook time is 20 minutes
