  • 2 cup Red beans
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 scallions
  • 4-6 sprig Thyme
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 bird
  • As required s eye pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 6 pimento berries
  • 2 pound salted pig tails
  • 10-12 cup Water
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Water

Directions: Peas And Dumpling Recipe

  • STEP 1.Drain and rinse the beans.
  • STEP 2.Heat one tbsp oil in a very pot on low heat.
  • STEP 3.Add the seasonings and spices and cook till the onions begin to brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the beans and coconut milk.
  • STEP 5.Simmer on low heat for ten minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the dumplings and continue preparation for five minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add additional water.
  • STEP 8.Serve warm.
