The bajra chamchamiya also known as the pearl millet is a fiberous grain which constitutes a healthy breakfast/food. This is a step-wise recipe about millet pancakes that taste delicious and are easy to cook.
STEP 1.In a pan add millet flour and mix with yogurt and add spices.
STEP 2.Mix in chopped green fenugreek , coriander and all spices along with ginger garlic and ginger garlic paste.
STEP 3.Add baking soda.
STEP 4.Heat the pancake or omlette pan add little olive oil and pour the batter sprinkle sesame seeds cook 3-4 minutes on each side.
STEP 5.Serve with pickle and lassi.
