This recipe's key ingredients are spiced peanuts & buns along with various chutneys. Let us go through recipe of this spicy & delicious as well as popular street food of Jamnagar. Peanuts are commonly known as "Bee" there in Jamnagar, that's why this dish is known as Bee bread.

Ingredients for PeanutsBread (bee bread) Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Buns
  • 1/4 cup spiced peanuts
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp dates Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chutney
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic chutney
  • 2 cups mint leaves water ( spicy & sour)
  • As Required Coriander for garnish

Directions: Peanutsbread (bee Bread) Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Dilute all 3 chutneys by adding little water.
  • STEP 2.2. Cut buns into pieces.
  • STEP 3.3. Dip these pieces in mint water & arrange on plate.
  • STEP 4.4. Pour all chutneys over these pieces.
  • STEP 5.5. Lastly , add onions & peanuts. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve immediately.
  • STEP 6.Note:
  • STEP 7.1. Can use tamarind water( spicy) instead of mint leaves water.
