STEP 1.Soak the peanuts for 5hours. Pressure cook it with 4whistles. Add little salt while cooking.
STEP 2.Take boiled peanuts in a bowl. Add onions, tomato, cucumber, mango pieces, coconut pieces, salt, pepper powder, lime juice and mix it well. Check for the salt and lime.Adjust to your taste.
STEP 3.Garnish with grated carrot and coriander leaves.
