1/4 cup Low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
0.06 cup Low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
0.13 cup Natural peanut butter
1/4 tablespoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon Sambal oelek
0.06 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1/4 Large red bell peppers, seeded and sliced into thin strips
2 ounce Snap peas, strings removed
1/2 Carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
1/4 piece Fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 Green onions, sliced
3/4 Garlic cloves, minced
