  • 1/4 cup Low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 0.06 cup Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 0.13 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sambal oelek
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Large red bell peppers, seeded and sliced into thin strips
  • 2 ounce Snap peas, strings removed
  • 1/2 Carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 piece Fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 Green onions, sliced
  • 3/4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • As required Lime wedges, for serving
