Ingredients for Peanut katli Recipe

  • 0.07 cup Peanuts
  • 0.07 cup Sugar
  • 0.07 tsp cardamom powder
  • 0.07 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/50 cup Water

Directions: Peanut Katli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast and peel peanuts
  • STEP 2.put it in mixer and grind it finely
  • STEP 3.Put sugar and water in a pan and heat it.
  • STEP 4.Let it boil for 2-3 minutes and now add ghee to the syrup.
  • STEP 5.Add ground peanuts and mix continuously so that there are no lumps.
  • STEP 6.Once mixed well, cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add cardamom powder and mix, cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes and keep stirring continuously.
  • STEP 8.When it starts separating from the pan, turn off the gas and let it cool down a bit and keep stirring the mixture.
  • STEP 9.Apply some ghee on a plate and spread the mixture. Let it cool down a bit.
  • STEP 10.Cut it into katli shapes. Our peanut katli is ready.
