  • 1/2 cup boiled peanuts
  • 1 green chillies, slit vertically
  • 1/4 teaspoon each mustard and cumin seeds
  • 1.50 pinch asafoetida powder
  • 1 pinch garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander seed powder
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese or paneer
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon ghee or butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • As required Grind together to a thick smooth puree
  • 1/4 cup Bengal gram, boiled, with its water
  • 5-6 colocasia leaves, chopped roughly, boiled drained
  • 5-6 spinach leaves chopped roughly, boiled drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • As required Grind to a paste
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1.50-2 flakes Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion
