Directions: Peach Upside Down Cake Recipe
STEP 1.Firstly grease the Baking tin with butter and prachet paper.
STEP 2.Cut the peach in slices, sprinkle the brown sugar in the tin arrange the peach slice to form a flower design, again sprinkle the brown sugar.
STEP 3.For making batter
STEP 4.Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, maida, baking powder and baking soda and sieve for 3 times and keep aside.
STEP 5.Now mix the remaining ingredients well and make a wet batter.
STEP 6.Add the dry mixture, using cut and fold Method.
STEP 7.Now mix well, and pour the batter on the peach slice tin
STEP 8.Bake in pre heated oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
STEP 9.Check by pricking the toothstick comes clean.
STEP 10.Assemble
STEP 11.Put the cut piece on the plate, drizzle Chocolate sauce, icecream and Chopped peach
STEP 12.Serve immediately
