Ingredients for Peach Upside Down Cake Recipe

  • 1/2 cups maida
  • 0.33 cup Sugar powder
  • 0.33 cup Milk powder
  • 0.33 cup Fresh cream
  • 0.33 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.17 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.17 cup Milk
  • 0.33 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 0.33 Pieces Peach
  • 0.33 As Required For Ganishing Vanilla icecream
  • 0.33 As Required For Ganishing Chopped peach
  • As Required For Ganishing Chocolate sauce for drizzle

Directions: Peach Upside Down Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly grease the Baking tin with butter and prachet paper.
  • STEP 2.Cut the peach in slices, sprinkle the brown sugar in the tin arrange the peach slice to form a flower design, again sprinkle the brown sugar.
  • STEP 3.For making batter
  • STEP 4.Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, maida, baking powder and baking soda and sieve for 3 times and keep aside.
  • STEP 5.Now mix the remaining ingredients well and make a wet batter.
  • STEP 6.Add the dry mixture, using cut and fold Method.
  • STEP 7.Now mix well, and pour the batter on the peach slice tin
  • STEP 8.Bake in pre heated oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
  • STEP 9.Check by pricking the toothstick comes clean.
  • STEP 10.Assemble
  • STEP 11.Put the cut piece on the plate,  drizzle Chocolate sauce, icecream and Chopped peach
  • STEP 12.Serve immediately
