  • 3/4 cup Loosely packed organic arugula leaves, washed and dried
  • 1/4 cup Mixed greens, washed and dried
  • 1/2 Peaches, sliced
  • 0.13 cup Blueberries or cherry tomatoes, sliced into halves
  • 1/4 Medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 Medium avocado, diced
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley and mint
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chopped pecans
  • 0.13 tablespoon Sliced almonds
  • 0.13 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 7.50 can A few crumbles of vegan ricotta or vegan feta, omit for whole and paleo. we like violife feta style or kite hill almond milk ricotta. use regular if not dairy free
  • 1/2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 tablespoon Avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, minced
  • As required Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Preferred sticky liquid sweetener, pure maple syrup, coconut nectar syrup or sugar free maple syrup
