STEP 1.First Heat Ghee in a Vessel, Add socked rice,stir it until it becomes nice and fragant.
STEP 2.Add Milk, Cook it until becomes nice and thick.
Add Jaggery, Saffron, Green Cardamom, give it Stir, and allow the Jaggery to melt Completely.
STEP 3.In other Pan, Heat Ghee, add 50 Grams Nuts and stir them Occasionally, till them turn Nuts Golder in Colours.
STEP 4.Transfer 3/4th Quantity of the Nuts to the Payasam, give it Stir and our Payasam is ready to Serve. The Payasam is Very Very Tasty and Yummy.
