Ingredients for Payasam Recipe

  • 0.33 nos Litet Full fat Milk.
  • 33.33 grams Soaked Rice.
  • 50 grams jaggery.
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoon Ghee.
  • 16.67 gram Caushews
  • 16.67 gram almonds
  • 16.67 gram Raisins
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoon Green Cardamom
  • As required Generous Pinch of kesar.

Directions: Payasam Recipe

  • STEP 1.First Heat Ghee in a Vessel, Add socked rice,stir it until it becomes nice and fragant.
  • STEP 2.Add Milk, Cook it until becomes nice and thick. Add Jaggery, Saffron, Green Cardamom, give it Stir, and allow the Jaggery to melt Completely.
  • STEP 3.In other Pan, Heat Ghee, add 50 Grams Nuts and stir them Occasionally, till them turn Nuts Golder in Colours.
  • STEP 4.Transfer 3/4th Quantity of the Nuts to the Payasam, give it Stir and our Payasam is ready to Serve. The Payasam is Very Very Tasty and Yummy.
