pav bhaiji is commonly favourite dish of all ,Even kids like it ,Now a day children's don't eat green veggies ,so l give some twist in pav bhaiji so that they can consume the veggies with tasty flavour .
STEP 1.1 : In a pressure cooker ,add all the chopped veggies except onion , tomato & capsicum.
STEP 2.2: put 1 glass of water with salt &1 tsp pavbhaiji masala in it .
STEP 3.3:cover the lid & after a whistle , slow down the flame & cook for 10 minutes .
STEP 4.4:Take a pan ,pour 2 tbsp of oil in it with chopped onions & garlic ,cook till they become brown in colour , now add 1 tbsp of pav bhaiji masala ,salt & red chilli powder ,saute for few seconds .
STEP 5.5: Add grinded tomatoes & chopped capsicum in it & cook on the low flame till it becomes a smooth paste
STEP 6.6:Now add boiled veggies with the remaining water in it .
STEP 7.7: Cook till the whole water is absorbed & mashed the veggies .
STEP 8.8: Garnish with cheese & corriander leaves
STEP 9.9: Before serving add lemon juice in it & mix well .
STEP 10.10: Serve hot with pav .
