Ingredients for PavBhaji Recipe

  • 25 gms Cauliflower
  • 16.67 gms Carrot
  • 16.67 gms French beans
  • 16.67 gms mutter
  • 1/2 pieces Potatoes
  • 16.67 gms Capsicum
  • 1/2 pieces 3-4 pieces
  • 1.17 pieces 7-8 pieces
  • 0.17 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.17 tbsp red chilli pow
  • 0.17 tbsp Garam masala
  • 0.33 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 0.17 tbsp salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Amul butter
  • 0.33 tbsp Coriander for garnishing

Directions: Pavbhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.#Myfavouriterecipe #FOH Firstly cut all the vegetables and boil it by giving 3_4 whistles and the mash it well.
  • STEP 2.Heat butter add onion n cook till it is golden brown add gg paste n mix well ..
  • STEP 3.add all the dry masalas stir for few mins then add tomato puree n cook till oil seprares..
  • STEP 4.Now add all the boiled vegetables n cook .
  • STEP 5.Mix it well and cook in low flame for 15 mins Keep stirring in between.
  • STEP 6.Adjust the thickness.
  • STEP 7.garnish with coriander...
  • STEP 8.serve hot with pav roasted with butter ..
