Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 3.Add the leftover mix veg and mash them with a potato masher. Add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add water and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, heat butter and toast the pav buns until they turn golden brown.
