  • STEP 1.Firstly you boiled all the vegetables.
  • STEP 2.Heat desi ghee in kadai or a pan.add chopped onion until onions turned pink.at other side blend some tomatoes and ginger for puree in grinder.add some spices in tomTo puree like salt haldi dhania powder kShmiri mirch&pav bhaji masala.
  • STEP 3.Add the remaining water and simmer till the bhaji gravy thick.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with dhania leaves and ass some amul butter for delicious taste.
