  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.Add mashed vegetables like potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and carrots. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything together.
