Ingredients for Pav bhaji Quesadilla Recipe

  • 1.33 pieces Potatoes
  • 83.33 gms Cauliflower
  • 1.33 pieces tomatoes chopped
  • 0.33 pieces Simla mirchi chopped
  • 0.67 pieces onions chopped
  • 0.67 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 tsp green chilli paste
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Water
  • 0.33 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • 0.33 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp haldi powder
  • as required For Roti
  • 2 pieces Leftover rotis
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil

Directions: Pav Bhaji Quesadilla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chopped onions and capsicum. And add chopped tomatoes.
  • STEP 2.Take a pan and add oil and saute chopped onions and tomatoes.
  • STEP 3.And add salt, pav bhaji masala, Haldi powder, red chilli powder.. And proper mix well and add water and cooked for 15 mins.And add chopped Simla mirchi.
  • STEP 4.Mashed potatoes and cauliflower add in gravy. Proper mix it well.
  • STEP 5.Take a left over rotis and cut triangle shape. And grilled.
  • STEP 6.Take a one triangle roti and add pavbhaji and again cover with triangle roti.. Start platting.
  • STEP 7.Pav bhaji quesadilla served in plate.
