Ingredients for Pav bhaji Recipe

  • 1/2 tbsp tbsp + butter
  • 3/4 nos â–˘ to mato
  • As required finely chopped
  • As required ▢¼ cup peas / matar
  • As required ▢½ capsicum
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1/2 nos ▢ potato
  • As required boiled & mashed
  • 1/4 nos ▢ tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ▢ tsp + ÂĽkashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
  • As required ▢¼ tsp turmeric / haldi
  • 1/4 tsp ▢ tsp + ½pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 tsp ▢ tsp + kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves
  • 3/4 tbsp ▢ tbsp + coriander leaves
  • As required finely chop ped
  • 1/4 nos ▢ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 nos ▢ onion
  • As required finely chopped
  • As required ▢½ lemon juice
  • 3/4 nos ▢ drops red food colour
  • As required Optional
  • As required â–˘water to adjust consistency

Directions: Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly, in a large kadai heat 1 tbsp butter and add vegetables. cook and mash well.
  • STEP 2.Now add 1 tsp chilli powder, ÂĽ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  • STEP 3.Heat a tbsp of butter and add ÂĽ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi.
  • STEP 4.Also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 onion and ½ lemon juice. saute well.
  • STEP 5.Now add 3 drops of red food colour and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Boil and mash for 5 minutes adjusting consistency.
  • STEP 7.Finally, serve pav and bhaji as pav bhaji.
