Ingredients for Pav- bhaji Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Onions
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1.50 g arlic cloves
  • 37.50 gm Beans
  • 1/4 Pieces Carrot
  • 37.50 gm Capsicum
  • 50 gm Cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 g Green peas

Directions: Pav- Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces
  • STEP 2.Cut capsicum,carrots ,beans and cauliflower too into small pieces
  • STEP 3.Boil these veggies alongwith green peas adding salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes in a pressure cooker
  • STEP 4.Then after releasing the pressure mas all the vegetables finely
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan
  • STEP 6.Add 2 tbsp butter
  • STEP 7.Add ginger green chillies and garlic paste
  • STEP 8.Add chopped onions
  • STEP 9.Fry well
  • STEP 10.Add finely chopped tomatoes
  • STEP 11.Fry well
  • STEP 12.Add salt
  • STEP 13.Add mashed veggies
  • STEP 14.Add pav bhaji masala
  • STEP 15.Cook for 5 miutes
  • STEP 16.Serve hot topped with some more butter with pav
