Ingredients for Pav bhaji Recipe

  • 1/4 Packet Pav
  • 3/4 Stalks Medium size potatoes
  • A Stalk Cauliflower
  • 1/2 Stalks Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Stalks Onion
  • 1/2 Stalks Capsicums
  • 1/2 Cups Chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 Stalks Carrots
  • 2.25 Stalks Garlic
  • 0.13 Cups Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 Tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 Stalks Cardamoms
  • 1 Stalks Cloves
  • 1/2 Stems Cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Dhaniya jeera powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • As Required Butter

Directions: Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil all the vegetables and smash them and keep the boiling water too. Chop the onions, green chilies, tomatoes and garlic. Then in a kadai, add 5-6 tablespoons of butter. Then when the kadai is hot, add all the garam masala, red chilies and cumin seeds and fry it altogether.
  • STEP 2.Then add the chopped green chilies, onions, garlic and tomatoes and fry it again. When fried, add the dhaniya-jeera powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Pav bhaji masala, sugar, salt and keep it on low flame, then cover it and set it aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the smashed vegetables in it with the water used for boiling. Then cook it for 10 minutes at low flame.
  • STEP 3.Garnish the bhaji with the chopped coriander leaves. Your bhaji is ready.
  • STEP 4.Then in a frying pan, put some butter and put the Pav. Your Pav-bhaji is ready to eat.
