STEP 1.ЁЯМ┐ First boil all the veggies properly left the cappsicum
STEP 2.ЁЯМ┐Heat oil in a pan. Add cubes of butter along with onion
STEP 3.ЁЯМ┐2.Saute till golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
STEP 4.ЁЯМ┐3.Now add chopped cappsicum and saute for 2 minutes
STEP 5.ЁЯМ┐Add salt, chilli powder and pav bhaji masala kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well
STEP 6.ЁЯМ┐5.Now add the tomato puree.
STEP 7.ЁЯМ┐6.Mix the tomato puree thoroughly and then all boiled veggies and mash it properly add 1)2 cup water and cook well then add dry fengureek powder
STEP 8.ЁЯМ┐add butter and coriander leaves to the cooked bhaaji. Mix thoroughly.
STEP 9.Sprinkle pav bhaji masala over it.
