As Required For stuffing
1/2 cup Shredded cabbage
1/2 Pieces Small onion finely chopped
1/2 Pieces Small tomato finely chopped
to taste Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
0.38 tsp Rec Chilli Powder
0.38 tsp Dhania jeera powder
0.13 cup Chopped Fresh Green Coriander Leaves
As Required other ingredients
As Required hee for roasting
As Required Curd and Lemon Pickle to serve with Paratha
Directions: Patta Gobi Ka Paratha (cabbage Paratha)!! Recipe
STEP 1.Dough - Take wheat flour, salt and 1 tbsp oil in a mixing bowl. Mix well and gradually add water to make smooth soft dough. Knead dough well, grease with oil, cover and keep aside for 15 to 20 mins.
STEP 2.Stuffing - Take shredded cabbage, onion, tomato, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, fresh green coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix well. Stuffing for paratha is ready.
STEP 3.Paratha - Take dough and again knead well. Divide the dough in equal 4 to 5 parts and make smooth balls from it. Take one ball, roll in small roti and keep prepared stuffing in the centre of the roti. Properly seal from all sides and make ball. Roll into 1/4 inch thick paratha by dusting flour.
STEP 4.Heat tawa on medium flame and roast prepared paratha by using on medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Similarly prepare all the paratha's.
STEP 5.Serve Hot delicious healthy Cabbage Paratha with Curd and Lemon Pickle.
