Parwal mithai is our old and traditional dish. It is basicalky made in bihar and jharkhand. Its very tasty and healthy dish.
STEP 1.Step1. Take a kadai add water and sugar in same quantity and let it boil for 5 min in low medium flame.
STEP 2.Step2. Take parwal and peel the upper layer of it and make a cut in middle and take out all the seeds part. Now wash thoroughly and boli it for 5-6 mins. Now drain all the water.
STEP 3.Step 3. Now put that parwal in sugar syrup for 8-10 min at lower flame. And cook by stirring in between. And once done take it out after draining extra syrup and let it cool.
STEP 4.Step 4 now take mawa in a bowl add mishri sugar powder elaichi powder and crumbled mawa. Mix everything very well. And make long balls.
STEP 5.Step 5. Once parwal got cooled now fill the stuffing which we made with mawa.
STEP 6.Step 6. Plate it and decorate it according to your choice.
STEP 7.Note: dont overcook parwal otherwise it may get breakage.
