STEP 1.Peel and give a cut in between so that it does not separate
STEP 2.Remove all pulp and seeds
STEP 3.Now boil 1 litre water
STEP 4.Boil Parwal for 5 minutes
STEP 5.Now strain out
STEP 6.Meanwhile make a chasni of less than1strand from 1 glass water ans shakkar
STEP 7.Add cardamom powder
STEP 8.Now boil Parwal in this chasni for again 3..4minutes
STEP 9.Leave in it for 2minutes so that they absorb chasni
STEP 10.Now strain out
STEP 11.In another pan roast mawa till changes colour
STEP 12.Add shakkar and grinded almond powder in it
STEP 13.Mix well
STEP 14.Fill this mawa filling in Parwal and garnish with pistachios and rose petals
