Ingredients for Parsely Chicken Recipe

  • 125 gms Chicken
  • 3/4 tbsp Fresh parsely
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1/4 pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/4 pieces Tomato chopped
  • as required Oil
  • 1/2 pieces Green chilli chopped

Directions: Parsely Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the chicken properly and marinate with yoghurt, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, 2 tbsp chopped Parsely leaves and keep for 4 hours.
  • STEP 2.In a pan add oil, add chopped onion and saute till brown, then add chopped tomato and cook till mushy.
  • STEP 3.Then add Marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes, add water, cover and cook till chicken is done, add garam Masala and mix, lastly garnish with Parsely leaves.
