Parsely is a herb and when added in recipe enhances its flavour, here chicken is marinated with spices and Parsely and then cooked.
STEP 1.Wash the chicken properly and marinate with yoghurt, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, 2 tbsp chopped Parsely leaves and keep for 4 hours.
STEP 2.In a pan add oil, add chopped onion and saute till brown, then add chopped tomato and cook till mushy.
STEP 3.Then add Marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes, add water, cover and cook till chicken is done, add garam Masala and mix, lastly garnish with Parsely leaves.
