STEP 1.In a pot add q1 tbsp of ghee and let it melt, add 1 cup of rice and saute for 2 minutes then add water and let the rice cook.
STEP 2.Once the rice is cooked add 1 cup of milk and let boil, then add 1 cup of jaggery, combine everything well.
STEP 3.In another pan add some ghee and fry the cashew nuts and raisins.
STEP 4.Drop the cashew nuts and raisins in the paramannam and add 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
STEP 5.Mix everything and serve in a bowl.
