  • 1/2 small potato, boiled and cubed or crumbled

  • 250 gram Semolina
  • 75 gram plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • As required To Make Papri Chaat Masala
  • 4 tablespoon freshly ground coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 As required tbsp yellow/red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • As required To Make Tamarind Chutney
  • 50 gram Tamarind
  • 100 gram Jaggery
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • As required Salt
  • As required To Make Coriander Chutney
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1-1.50 green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Peanuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lime Juice
