  • 3/4 cup Rice
  • 0.19 cup Urd dal
  • 1/4 tbsp Urd dal
  • 1/4 tbsp Chana dal
  • 1/4 tsp Methi dana
  • 0.13 tsp Eno
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1.25 g Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 g 4-5 G
  • 1/4 g Chopped onion
  • 1.75 Pieces 5-6pieces curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Urd dal
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1.25 tbsp 5-6 tbsp
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions: Paper Dosa With Fried Potatoes Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash the rice and all the pulses and soak them in water overnight. After this grind it nicely and keep aside for one hours.Then add eno salt.

  • STEP 2.Then dilute the dosa a little and add a teaspoon of powdered sugar and salt and mix well. Add half a teaspoon of Eno powder and a teaspoon of water and stir again.

  • STEP 3.On a nonstick frying pan, wipe the frying pan with a cloth, add salt to the batter, add thin doses and release oil from the sides. Crispy dosa is ready.

  • STEP 4.Heat another pan and add 2 tbsp oil, add a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tbsp mustard seeds, 5-6 curry leaves, 1 tbsp urad dal, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped onion, 2 chopped chillies, 1 tbsp lemon. Juice, boiled potatoes, salt to taste and stir, cook for five minutes.

  • STEP 5.Serve with dosa potato bhaji and red chutney.
