3/4 cup Rice
0.19 cup Urd dal
1/4 tbsp Urd dal
1/4 tbsp Chana dal
1/4 tsp Methi dana
0.13 tsp Eno
1/4 tsp Sugar
to taste Salt
1.25 g Boiled Potatoes
1 g 4-5 G
1/4 g Chopped onion
1.75 Pieces 5-6pieces curry leaves
1/4 tsp Urd dal
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tbsp Oil
1.25 tbsp 5-6 tbsp
to taste Salt
1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions: Paper Dosa With Fried Potatoes Recipe
STEP 1.First wash the rice and all the pulses and soak them in water overnight. After this grind it nicely and keep aside for one hours.Then add eno salt.
STEP 2.Then dilute the dosa a little and add a teaspoon of powdered sugar and salt and mix well. Add half a teaspoon of Eno powder and a teaspoon of water and stir again.
STEP 3.On a nonstick frying pan, wipe the frying pan with a cloth, add salt to the batter, add thin doses and release oil from the sides. Crispy dosa is ready.
STEP 4.Heat another pan and add 2 tbsp oil, add a pinch of asafoetida, 1 tbsp mustard seeds, 5-6 curry leaves, 1 tbsp urad dal, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, chopped onion, 2 chopped chillies, 1 tbsp lemon. Juice, boiled potatoes, salt to taste and stir, cook for five minutes.
STEP 5.Serve with dosa potato bhaji and red chutney.
