MohanBhog sweet is quite similar to sooji halwa. I prepared the dish combines ripe papaya and semolina(suji).MohanBhoj prepared as a prasad offering to lord Krishna(also known as Mohan).MohanBhoj is most commonly served with luchi.
STEP 1.Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
STEP 2.Heat 2tbsp ghee and fry semolina.
STEP 3.Heat ghee and fry cashew nuts and almonds.
STEP 4.Stir in the papaya pulp in ghee and make it a little thicker.
STEP 5.Add milk and semolina. Stir constantly with milk and semolina.
STEP 6.When it becomes quite thick, add cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and sugar.
STEP 7.When it is dark, mix cardamom powder and serve cold.
