  • 0.40 cup Grated Ripe Papaya
  • 1/5 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/5 cup Jaggery, Grated
  • 0.40 tablespoon Ghee
  • as required Chopped Nuts For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and grate the ripe papaya. Squeeze out any excess water.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat ghee and add the grated papaya. Cook on low heat until the moisture evaporates.
  • STEP 3.Add grated coconut and jaggery to the pan. Mix well and cook until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Shape the mixture into small laddus using your hands.
  • STEP 5.Allow the laddus to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
