  • 100 gram Paneer, Cut Into Long, Thin Strips
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cut the paneer into long, thin strips.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Marinate the paneer strips in the yogurt mixture for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Crush the papads into small pieces.
  • STEP 5.Coat the marinated paneer strips with the crushed papads.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer sticks until golden brown on all sides.
  • STEP 7.Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure the paneer strips are not too thick, as they may take longer to cook.
  • You can use any variety of papad for this recipe, such as urad dal or moong dal papad.
