Ingredients for Papad ke Pakode Recipe

  • 3.33 g Papad chilli Garlic or as needed
  • 0.33 cup Sooji
  • 0.17 cup Butter milk
  • 0.33 Pieces onion nicely chopped
  • 0.17 tsp Nicely chopped ginger
  • 0.67 Pieces nicely chopped green chilli
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tbsp fresh coconut chunks small
  • 0.17 tsp Crushed cumin seeds
  • 0.67 Pieces Curry patta
  • 0.33 tbsp nicely chopped coriander
  • As Required Salt as needed
  • 0.17 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.33 tbsp Hot oil
  • As Required Oil for fry

Directions: Papad Ke Pakode Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take sooji and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well
  • STEP 2.Now add butter milk in this and mix well cover and keep aside this for half an hour
  • STEP 3.Take papad in grinding jar and coarsely grind this
  • STEP 4.Add onion crushed cumin coconut chunks  chilli powder chopped ginger curry patta and coriander coarsaly grind papad mix and mix well in a bowl
  • STEP 5.Add all mixtute in sooji mixture adjust the salt and consistency if needed add more water and salt and mix
  • STEP 6.Finally add hot oil and baking soda one by one and mix
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a kadhai, take small amount and fry till crisp and light brown in colour
  • STEP 8.Sprinkle some chat masala chilli powder chopped coriander and serve with sauce  and green chutney and serve hot
  • STEP 9.Now enjoy this with tea in this #Monsoon
