STEP 1.First boiled the potato and fry papad in hot oil.
STEP 2.Now take a pan, add 2tbsp oil and heat it medium! Then add whole garam masala & also a bayleaf.. now add boiled sliced potato and fry well.
STEP 3.Now add ginger and cumin paste and saute well. Then add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder one by one. Put a lid and in low flame cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 4.Now add sliced potato stor well and again put the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Now add water and again put the lid and wait till the gravvy become thick.
STEP 5.Atlast add papad into the gravy stir lightly. Then add garam masala powder and clarified butter into it. Serve hot with a plate of rice.
