Ingredients for Panna Popsicle/Raw Mango popsicle #glen Recipe
2 nos raw mango
1 cup or more jaggery
1/4 cup Mint leaves
As required Pinch of cardamom powder
1 tsp Black Salt/Chaat Masala
1 tsp Roasted jeera powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Directions: Panna Popsicle/raw Mango Popsicle #glen Recipe
STEP 1.Boil raw Mango. Let it cool. Peel the skin n squeeze out the pulp.
STEP 2.Add to mixie jar mango pulp, jaggery, mint leaves, jeera powder, cardamom powder, chaat masala and grind to paste.
STEP 3.Remove in vessel add water according to consistency.
STEP 4.Adjust sweetness more or less according to sour taste of mango.
STEP 5.Pour in Popsicle mould. Keep in freezer till it is set, overnight is best.
STEP 6.Demould it by dipping the mould in normal water.
STEP 7.Sprinkle salt n red chilli powder before serving.
STEP 8.Enjoy this refreshing Popsicle, perfect for summers.
