STEP 1.Take a pan sauté all the veggies with ghee till they are cooked
STEP 2.Add salt to these veggies while cooking so they cook faster
STEP 3.Add these veggies to the dosa batter. Also add come finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it well
STEP 4.Add oil to the padhu container and then pour batter. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for two to three mins
STEP 5.Once cooked toss the padhu to the other side so it can cook completely
STEP 6.Once cooked serve it with coconut chutney
